HubSpot: Support Median Response Time

Two domains provide conflicting perspectives. Treated each domain as a single opinion. EmailToolTester indicates under 60 minutes; we map to a representative 30 minutes (midpoint of 0-60). TechRadar presents a range 60-120; we treat this as its single credible signal by using the midpoint 90 minutes and discount the implausible 0 value as likely erroneous. We then compute a weighted average using confidences: (0.60*30 + 0.80*90) / (0.60+0.80) = 64.29 minutes.
